• Authentication: Credentials via Google OAuth tokens (we do not store your Google password).
• Service Data: CSV files containing student names/emails and certificate template images.

We use the information we collect or receive to:

• Facilitate account creation and the logon process via Google OAuth.
• Process your data and generate certificates based on your uploaded files.
• Deliver generated certificates to the recipients specified in your uploaded data.

4. Data Security & Third-Party Services

Your data is processed using industry-standard security measures:

• Storage: Images and certificates are stored securely using Cloudinary.
• Communication: Emails are dispatched through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).
• Data Retention: We do not share student data with third parties for marketing. You can delete your events and associated data at any time from your dashboard.
